Can I say that I enjoy being pitched by journalists? The idea that I would turn down any interview that would forward the cause of intelligent discussion of polyamory and promotion of PW is just silly!
And the journalists are always so nice, giving information and examples and making such polite requests. It’s like they don’t know that I’m just a nobody, a gal with a mike!
OK, getting over the urge to scream, “don’t you know I’m nobody??” ‘cuz…
I’m gonna be on NPR.
Wow.
I’m… wow.
Details to follow once everything is firm.

Hard drive failure.
Yesterday was not a good day at all. I’m on a borrowed computer at my gym at the moment. My iBook is in the shop and will be for a week. Last night I watched the last episode of Polyamory Weekly, all done except for a one-minute sponsorship spot (I was trying to drop it in when it crashed), and $500 (my last paycheck) circle the drain.
No PW for a few weeks until I get my baby back.
Oh, and did I mention that my external hard drive didn’t back up my files properly? Unless the Apple guys can recover them, I lost all my iPhotos, all my iTunes music/audiobooks, and all my work files and contracts.
If you felt like donating to PW, this would be a good time.

Just wanted to let y’all know that I had this week’s Poly Weekly all done at 5:30 p.m. yesterday. 45 minutes of pretty damn good material, if I do say so myself. All done except a ONE-MINUTE sponsor spot that I had to drop in.
Attempting to do so made my laptop crash, and I haven’t been able to turn it on since.
Going to the Apple store Genius Bar in a few. Wish me luck.

Tried to add “boobiesexual” to Wikipedia today, but it was speedily deleted. Ah, well. I do know they’re not fond of entries created by the people who coined a term. Hell, they won’t let Adam Curry edit the entry on “podcasting”! But for you, dear readers, here it is, the definition of boobiesexual:
Boobiesexual is a newly-created, tongue-in-cheek term used to refer to women who identify primarily as straight but who enjoy touching and fondling women’s breasts with no particular interest in genital sexual contact. The fondling may or may not be sexual in nature, depending on the individual. The term was coined by minx in a 2005 blog entry and first appeared in print in the February 2006 Penthouse Forum article by Rachel Kramer Bussel entitled, “XXX Podcasts: the Future of Porn?”
