  1. I <3 that 'touch each other' is in the rules of engagement for couple fighting. Touching each other hacks that part of our brains that wants to believe that fighting = building walls between us.

    • So true! I find it helpful. However, it’s worth mentioning that it could be a trigger for some folks during an argument, so it’s always a good idea to ask for that hand or that cuddle first. 🙂
