OK, got the message last night that the guys at LibSyn fixed the accounting/archiving error that was messing up my account.

But here’s the best part. They refunded this month’s fee, and Dave attached a message saying:

Sorry for sucking. This is a refund for this month.

ROFL! OK, I knew I liked these guys for a reason! “Sorry for sucking”! Isn’t that so much better than “We apologize for the inconvenience”?? 😀
